Firefly Travel Packs

This is an early review - I just started using the Firefly and I am already a believer. I am a runner and will be using it pre workout and races as well as for recovery and travel. Used it this morning for 1 hour, the day after a speed workout yesterday and my legs feel like I haven't run in 2 days. I have a 10 mile race this weekend and then I'm traveling to Berlin to run the marathon so I will provide an update after that. Wish me luck!

As an avid 50 year old runner I have been using the recovery bands for several years and my recovery time has been cut in half. I was recently diagnosed with late stage cancer and have been undergoing radiation daily and also taking testosterone deprivation medication, both of which are delaying my recovery times as I am still running. Since my treatment began I have started wearing my bands more often and for longer durations which has greatly assisted me in being able to maintain my fitness through this. I am not sure if I would even be able to run at this point if not for the Firefly recovery bands.

Wore my Firefly Recovery on the long plane ride from Colorado to Italy before an 8 day trek in the Dolomites, and they were wonderful. Legs felt fresh, ready and strong! My husband and I own a local physical therapy and sports performance clinic in Boulder and plan to recommend this to our clients for recovery and travel.

This device is awesome for recovery. I primarily use it for long flights when I have a professional game the next day! Keeps me ready for game day always! Is great for injuries as well

In recent years I’ve struggled with my legs and ankles swelling anytime I travel. I would wear compression socks and do exercises to try and promote blood flow to lessen it but it would always still be a problem and take away from my trip. This last weekend I tried firefly for my flights and had ZERO issue! Unbelievable game changer. Instead of me chasing the swelling firefly got ahead of it and made it a non issue. I am so excited for this moving forward I can just enjoy my trips instead of feeling miserable!

Compression socks and I are NOT friends. They are hot, make me feel claustrophobic and leave indentations. When I came across an article about how firefly could help with circulation during flight, I knew I had to try them. First fight was 10 hour nonstop redeye to Europe. It took a little bit of a learning curve, but once we had everything so correctly, it only took about 15 minutes for us to forget we had them on. We slept a few hours, etc and upon arrival, we were in shock at how refreshed we felt. Not sure if it was sleep or the firefly, we tried on the day time flight home and same results. So impressed! We’ve now done 6 flights at least 8+ hours over the last 2 months - we are definitely customers for life!

I have been having some issues with my legs and numbness since a car accident 3 years ago. I have been undergoing some tests to figure out what we are dealing with. So when I knew I had a 5 hour flight ahead of us I was starting to panic. I ordered Firefly and am so grateful I did! I am seriously thinking I will use these on all my flights in the future. I could feel just a little pulse to my leg and I had no additional numbness or pain. I walked off the flight strong and less pain than I have in a long while. Grateful! Thankful!

I was a little skeptical from the start with all the hype about this product, but I can say now after using it for 2 months it is totally worth it. I’m going into my 7th professional basketball season and this is one of my favorite recovery products. Using it is simple and effective. Long days on the court and in the weight room making my legs heavy before games are gone. Amazing product!

Thought this may be some hokey science but for whatever reason I sure felt better the next day after spending an hour wearing these.

I have chronic neuropathy in my left leg (sciatica, numerous restorative foot surgeries, spinal issues and post-chemotherapy). And the am always looking for ways to minimize my discomfort. I bought these Firefly units to use on a recent long haul flight from Miami-Bali. They were easy to use and helpful, but I still experienced the symptoms that give me the most discomfort…swelling.

I brought these after seeing them online. I suffer from swollen legs. I wear flight socks for long haul flights. I recently took 2 long haul flights 9hrs to Canada and 18 hours to Thailand. These were my lifesavers. I had no swollen legs/ankles which is a miracle. Just don’t wear them through airport security as you’ll be strip searched like I was. Just wish they were rechargeable.

As a D1 college basketball player, being ready to play is the priority for all practices and games. Firefly is the easiest tool I have found helps my body warm up as well as recover after. I just throw them on before or after competition, which allows for my legs to get ahead of the game. Firefly is also great for long bus rides or plane trips by minimizing the toll that these have on my body.

as a full time fitness coach, i am on my feet literally all day everyday. i swear i go to sleep every night so sore even if it was a rest day from my own plan! my firefly recovery device has changed my recovery game. being able to simply strap it on and go about my life as usual (while actively recovering!!) has been insane! i truly don’t know how i would do without it now! if you’re looking to up your recovery game in a feasible way (much easier than cold plunges and massage gun time lol), check them out!

Using the Firefly Recovery device has helped me bounce back quicker from intense workouts and also keeps my legs from being heavy after being on a flight. The difference that I have seen in my legs since using them has been noticeable. This is a device that I plan to keep using as long as I am active.
