Firefly Recovery Knee Straps

Sometimes it's hard to find time in the day to properly kick your feet up and "recover." I'm a pro triathlete and have days where I am training 6+ hours- when you are done you have to eat, spend time with family/friends, deal with the business-side of things , care for your equipment, the list goes on..... I historically have found it super tough to properly sit down and recover.

Using Firefly has been a gamechanger! I can actively recover while cooking, walking the dog, doing bike maintenance, you name it. The actually recovery benefit is really solid and I am bouncing back well with larger volume training. I use it typically about 1-2 hr a day at the end of all my sessions. I like to use the knee straps when I am on the go. I have found it really easy to travel with the devices and in an equipment-heavy sport, one less large item is always welcome. I especially find it good post hard runs- it seems to flush the legs quite well.

As a SEC collegiate track and field sprinter recovery is key, I used my firefly multiple times at NCAA regionals to ensure I was getting great recovery. I used it while we were traveling to regionals on the bus, I used it before or some days after practice and while I was getting ready for the meet. Firefly is such an effective and quick on the go recovery every single athlete can benefit from. Im so happy I was able to experience Firefly and I will be taking it with me to NCAA Track and Field nationals in Austin Texas.
